The Special Children's Christmas Party Last year’s party was the biggest and best party yet, so this year they are pulling out all stops to ensure that this year’s will be as much of a success as last years. The party will again be held at the Sydney Showgrounds in December between 10am and 2pm. The aim is to ensure that 5,000 special needs children have the time of their lives! The children are aged from 0-15 years and come from all over Sydney and country NSW to attend this event. The day will be filled with assorted roaming performers, face painting, meeting TV personalities, sporting heroes, rides, delicious treats and best of all Santa will be there to distribute presents. The children who attend this event suffer the tragedy of missing out on a lot of things and are disadvantaged by way of a serious illness or a physical / intellectual disability. The children attending the party will be aged from 6 months to 15 years of age and come from organisations and schools all over the Sydney area to attend this wonderful event.
