Q. How do I search for a particular name?
A. If you have a particular name that you’re interested in, simply type it into the Huggies Baby Name Finder. You will then be presented with the origin, meaning and some alternative names for this choice.

In addition you will get to see what other Huggies mums have chosen as a sibling name for the name you have selected. It can really help to see what other mums are doing.

Q. Can I search for girls or boys names letter by letter?
A. Yes, just type in the letter you would like to search first and select one of the following options on the Huggies Baby Name Finder tool:

  • All names
  • Only boy names
  • Only girl Names

Q. Where can I find celebrity names?
A. We have a page dedicated to the celebrity parents and their children. There are some very unique names on this list. The question is do they set the trends or are they just outrageous.

Q. What are the names in the ‘suggested’ box for?
A. These suggested names come from our Huggies Club babies. They are the names that mums have chosen for the siblings of their babies with the name you have selected in your search.

They are listed in various ways:

  1. By gender (blue = boy / pink = girl)
  2. As a descending list - the top name is the most popular name to be used for a sibling of the baby name selected in your search.
  3. The size of the text indicates how popular each name is in our entire Huggies baby name database.

We hope these names help you plan the names of your family as it grows.

Q. How can I create a name list?
A. As a Huggies Club member you can keep an easy to update baby name list right here on the Huggies site. Simply add names as you search through the thousands of names available and manage your list with ease. Share your shortlist with family and friends by copying and pasting this special link into your email program. They can use this to come and take a look any time.

To remove a name that you have decided against, simply select the cross next to each name. If you would like to start again, select the ‘clear my name list’ button in the top right hand corner of the page. Note - this action is not reversible.

Q. There is an error on the page that I’m looking at.
A. Please report this to our Customer Advisory Service. Include as much detail as you can so that we can investigate the problem you have experienced and resolve it as soon as possible.
