A. To take part in the Huggies Forum you must first be a Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club member and signed in to the Huggies site. Remember, you must select a Username that will be displayed on the forum. We have an overview of the Huggies Forum available by selecting "Frequently Asked Questions" in the left hand menu when you are on the forum pages. If you don't find the answer that you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. Q. I would like to edit a post that I made in the Huggies Forum.
A. Please contact the moderator and include details of the forum and topic title, your username and date of post that you would like to have edited and the content you would like changed. It is important to include your Huggies Forum Username. Our Moderator will make the changes for you. Q. How can I change my Username?
A. It’s important to choose a username that will be suitable as your circumstances change, for example, “mumwithbump” may not be as appropriate after you have had your baby. This is your forum identity and we recommend that you do not change your username unless you feel it is absolutely necessary. Select "Update my details" to make any changes to your Huggies profile.
Q. Is it OK to post my personal details on the forum?
A. The Huggies Forum is a public forum and can be viewed by members of the general public even though they cannot participate in the discussion. We cannot guarantee your privacy as a result. It is recommended that if you wish to leave your email address on the forum, that you alter the normal format to prevent spammers from collecting your details. For example, instead of marysmith@bigworld.com.au you could type marysmith at bigworld dot com dot au.
Alternatively you may choose to use the Private Messaging option to communicate any personal details with another forum member. Remember that this facility should be used with discreation.
